For approximately half the cost of a new machine, we can replace old-fashioned
bags/cages or expensive cartridges with our "No Tools Required"
filters/cages access and removal/replacement system.
The Indutrial Vacuum Conversion Process
- Complete disassembly, inspection, sandblasting and replacement of
worn and damaged parts.
- Motor testing for correct current draw and speed.
- Vacuum pump inspected and tested at full vacuum.
- New Multi-Vac V-Belt Drive added for maximum performance.
- Control panel is reconfigured to the Multi-Vac system.
- Replacement of gaskets, seals, etc.
- After the re-assembly of the machine, a shop test is performed
to ensure maximum performance.
- Final painting is applied after all testing is completed and documented.
- The resulting machine has a “new” appearance as well
as a like “new” performance.
