Self Contained Units

Self contained units are perfect when electrical power or plant air is not available. Multi-Vac vacuum equipment can be equipped with Gasoline, LP Gas or Diesel engines and the Air Compressor Option. The combination of these two make completely self contained vacuum conveying systems that can be used in remote plant areas as well as outside.

A complete range of hose, hose assemblies, fittings, and couplings are available from 1½ to 10” diameter for your vacuum cleaners.

Abrasive Resistant Rubber
Rubber blended, rigid PVC helix, smooth bore, corrugated O.D. Extremely abrasive resistant, lightweight and flexible, static dissipating construction with no ground wire. Use on abrasive material handling, crushed rock, sand, cement powder, grain, iron ore, steel shot, steel grit, fly ash, water, and light chemical solutions. The best all around hose for your vacuum equipment.

Clear PVC tube and helix, smooth bore, corrugated O.D., static conductive wire Non toxic PVC conforms to FDA standards, lightweight and highly flexible, Use on food grade requirements and where a ground wire is required. Pneumatic conveying of powder, pellets and granular material.

Nozzles

A variety of nozzles are available to handle an array of vacuum cleaner applications and materials. Housecleaning vacuum tools for cleaning floors, machinery, and overhead piping and beams are also available in sizes 1 1/2” and 2”

Lift Bale

Lift Bales are available for all Mini and Millennium Series vacuum cleaners. The frameworks for both series are designed for the vacuum cleaners to be lifted by overhead cranes using the Lift Bales and the lifting lugs on the vacuum.

Hoppers

Using more than one Fork Lift Truck Portable Self Dumping Hopper increases production, while one hopper is being taken away to be emptied another can be inserted in the vacuum conveying system and continue to vacuum. Available in sizes 3/4 cubic yard and 2 cubic yard models.

Cartridges

Upon request, cartridge filters can be installed in lieu of our filter bags. Cartridge filters available in a wide variety of sizes and filter media for special applications.

Filter Bags

Special filter media can be ordered to fit your custom requirements. Media such as Teflon Coated, PTFE Membrane, Nomex, and Micro Felt can be used.

Leasing plans are offered in one, two, or three year payment schedules on all our equipment. Monthly payments are easier to plan maintenance budgets and prevent a large outlay of cash.

Service

At Multi-Vac, we service what we sell. To ensure your Multi-Vac vacuum equipment and vacuum conveying system keeps running, we carry a complete stock of parts. You can also request start up or maintenance service by an engineering or field service technician

Warranty

By using conservative design standards with all our components we have produced a vacuum which will have a superior operating life span and require minimum maintenance, which is why a 2-year warranty is furnished with all Multi-Vac vacuum equipment and vacuum conveying systems.
